The test uses a powerful fan installed in an exterior door frame. With all windows and exterior doors closed and interior doors open, the fan lowers indoor pressure, drawing air through leaks. Using pressure gauges and thermal imaging, we locate the leaks and measure how much air is escaping.
After testing, you’ll get a full report that shows your home’s air tightness, where leaks occur, and what you can do to fix them. With this data, you can improve energy efficiency, reduce bills, and boost comfort.
